Our Talent Management Solution (TMS) guarantees your event is assisted by a multi-ethnic team of professionals with:

To ensure smooth operations during the the project Solusta provides each client with a designated account manager,  supported by a staff manager, crew admin and hospitality team supervisors. 

Each supervisor operates as a focal point between the organiser of the event and participants of our team.

Talent Management Platform

Every person in our talent database is represented by a profile.

Since the beginning of 2021 Solusta has introduced a new all-in-one project management tool. It is a web-based software accessible on every device, which has been developed in the EU by our partner company OnSinch. 

The application offers complete control of unlimited projects, teams and individual schedules. It allows the talents from our database to apply for positions required in the event with a click of a button. 

Our clients can then view and approve the applicants through their own online profile in order to select the most suitable candidates for their event.

Compliance Covid-19 Measures

Since the beginning of 2021 Solusta has been following strict Covid-19 preventative protocol, to ensure the safety of our teams, clients, and visitors during any event. 

All our talents have up-to-date information about vaccination type & number of dosages listed in their online profiles.
