1. INTRODUCTION

This Privacy Policy explains how Solusta Events (referred to herein as “Solusta,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your Personal Data when you access our websites (e.g., including, but not limited to, website www.solusta.com, registration platform at www.solusta.onsinch.com, any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related or connected thereto (collectively, the “Website”)) or when you use our Website services. 

Personal Data is data of any natural person (Individual) whose identity is defined or can be reasonably defined whether through such Personal Data or through the combination of such data with any other data.

According to PPDPL Controller is a natural or legal person who, whether acting individually or jointly with others, determines how Personal Data may be processed and determines the purpose(s) of any such processing. 

As a Controller, we are responsible for the processing of your Personal Data honestly and legitimately, while taking appropriate administrative, technical and financial precautions to protect your Personal Data. We are here to resolve any of your privacy issues and help you exercise your rights.

4. INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROCESSORS

Processor is a natural or legal person who processes Personal Data for the Controller. As a business entity we cooperate with various trustful partners (Processors) who provide important services to us, such as technology and infrastructure, data storage, data backup and so on. These Processors may have access to your data, but only within the scope of the service they provide to us and if legal conditions are met. This applies to situations where the provision of your data is necessary for the performance of the obligations we agreed on. We only require the data we need to provide our services and process them for purposes stated below. We do not give your Personal Data to anyone who is not entitled to process it.

We use services of the following processors:

  • Sinch, s.r.o., reg. no.: 242 74 330, registered office Zdiměřická 1427/9, 149 00 Prague 4, The Czech Republic – the provider of the www.solusta.onsinch.com app, where work is assigned and shifts are selected.
  • Other processors of your personal data may also be our clients who upload events and/or request staff via Website or email – they can see a limited amount of Personal Data – i.e. the information necessary for organising the event or obtaining security permissions.

5. COLLECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We respect your privacy when you visit our Website and pay close attention to the protection of all Personal Data you provide to us in the course of our cooperation.
We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect on the Website includes:

5.1.Personal information

  • Purpose of processing:  Setting up and maintaining your user account, enabling to perform work tasks (assignment of work) and their scheduling and organisation. 
  • Legal basis for processing: Your consent to this Privacy Policy.
  • Processed data: Personally identifiable information, such as, personal images, first name, last name, date of birth, gender, ID or passport number, email address, telephone number, height, clothes and shoes sizes, relevant experience and skills, languages, and any other information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register with the Website or when you choose to participate in various activities related to the Website. 
  • We do not collect any Personal Data with special nature, defined in PPDPL as the Personal Data, related to ethnic origin, children, health, physical or psychological condition, religious creeds, marital relations, and criminal offences.
  • Duration of processing: Until the termination of the user account.

5.2.Derivative information 

  • Purpose of processing: Maintaining your work-related data evidence, adjusting work conditions to your needs, evaluating your eligibility for scheduled tasks, organisation of events, communication related to events, reporting in connection with the event.
  • Legal Basis for processing: Your consent to this Privacy Policy.
  • Processed Data: Any information about your past experience and performance since registering with Solusta. This includes any events that you might have participated in prior to using the services of our Website. 
  • Duration of processing: We will retain your personal information for the length of time needed to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, unless we specifically agree a longer retention period with you, or a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

5.3.Browser Information

  • Purpose of processing: Customisation of the website to your needs and collecting visitors’ data for improvement of our services.
  • Legal basis for processing: Our legitimate interests in shaping our professional online identity and your consent to the collection of cookies (for more information please refer to section “Tracking Technologies”).
  • Processed data: information that our servers automatically collect when you access the Website, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, access times and mobile Device information, such as your mobile device ID, model, and manufacturer, and information about the location of your device, if you access the Website from a mobile device.
  • Duration of processing: So-called Session Cookies are processed only while the browser is in use (i.e. until the browser is closed). Processing of so-called Persistent Cookies (long-term) lasts until the expiration date specified in their code, this period shall not exceed 12 months.

5.4.Financial information

  • Purpose of processing: Creating easy and fast payment process for the comfort of the users of our Website. 
  • Legal basis for processing: Performance of the contract concluded between you and us.
  • Processed data: Your bank account information necessary for funds transfer. We store only very limited, if any, financial information that we collect. Otherwise, all financial information is stored by our payment processor, Qatar National Bank (QNB), and you are encouraged to review their privacy policy and contact them directly for responses to your questions.
  • Duration of processing: Until the termination of the user account or the closure of the bank account.

6. VOLUNTARY PROVISION OF PERSONAL DATA

The provision of your Personal Data for our services is voluntary. This means that you are under no obligation to provide us with personal information of any kind, however your refusal to do so may prevent you from using certain features of the Website. For instance, we are unable to set up and maintain a user account for you unless you provide the necessary information when registering. The voluntary element is still represented by your decision whether to use our services or whether to establish cooperation with us or not.

7. YOUR RIGHTS AND HOW TO EXERCISE THEM

In relation to your Personal Data you may, at any time, exercise the following rights:

  • Withdraw the prior consent thereof for Personal Data Processing.
  • Object to processing the Personal Data thereof if such processing is not necessary to achieve the purposes for which such Personal Data have been collected or where such collected Personal Data are beyond the extent required, discriminatory, unfair or illegal.
  • Request omission or erasure of the Personal Data thereof in any of the cases referred to in the preceding two items, upon cessation of the purpose for which the processing has been conducted, or where all justifications for maintaining such Personal Data by the Controller cease to exist.
  • Request corrections to the Personal Data thereof. A request so made shall be accompanied with proof of the accuracy of such request.
  • Be notified of processing the Personal Data thereof and the purposes for which such processing is conducted. 
  • Be notified of any disclosure of inaccurate Personal Data.
  • Obtain a copy of the Personal Data thereof after paying an amount that shall not exceed the service charge.
