How We Work

Our Recruitment Process

All potential candidates are assessed according to their skills, knowledge, qualifications and capabilities. We are committed to ensuring fair and effective procedures and equal opportunities to all our candidates, and providing a work environment that is free from harassment and discrimination.

Application

Each person that applies with our agency undergoes a strict selective process that starts by submitting an application though our website. The registration is straightforward and easy.

Interview

During the interview, we evaluate each candidate’s verbal skills, appearance, body language and attitude. After the interview, all candidates are required to take photos in the studio and the whole process is then competed.

Evaluation

Each candidate is evaluated based on the impression and notes taken during the interview. The report is submitted to the management.

Approval

Approved candidates get their online profiles activated, so they can start applying for the available projects.

Training

As part of our initial hospitality training all newbies are required to complete an introductory course Hostess Training 101 before being approved for their first collaboration.

Collaboration

Each new candidate is considered a newbie for the first 10 jobs they partake. During this probation period, they are observed closely by the supervisors in the project. All feedback is submitted to the profile of the person and directly affects their rating with our agency.
